Designation: Pre Sales Consultant

Job Location: Any location

Relevant Experience: 24 months to 48 months.

Salary Range: upto 7 Lacs

Academic Qualification: Any Graduate / PG/ MBA

·        Present solutions to our partners, prospects and customers and internally to our sales force.

·        Proficiency to conduct deep-dive analyses on customer’s requirement and provide logical solution with PeopleWorks product.

·        Develop presentation skills and deliver high quality product demonstration with preliminary data setup.

·        Work with sales team to provide acceptable solution to prospects.

·        Understand the process shortcoming and work on SOP`s to overcome challenges.

·        Conduct internal training to Sales team, partners and new Joiners.

·        Entry level knowledge on tech stacks and ability to handle first level tech discussions with prospect.

·        Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position

·        Respond effectively to RFIs and documentation of Preliminary requirement analysis.

·        Actively document requirement and provided consolidated input to product team.

Desired Skills and Expertise

·        Candidates with experience and/or knowledge of Human Resources and supporting technology,

Knowledge of enterprise applications, web technology, cloud applications and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions is must.

·        Proven work experience in sales, pre-sales, product management, or consulting role

·        Demonstrated project management skills.

·        Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in a dynamic environment.

·        Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skill is a must.

·        Experience implementing or demonstrating HCM software is an advantage.
