- Expertise on SAP HCM Modules (PA/OM/TM & ESS /MSS mainly).
- SAP MRS Knowledge would be an added advantage
- Good Understanding on LSMW/ SAP Queries
- Ability to Understand/Modify existing Functional Documents
- Experience and understanding of general production support / operations experience
- Demonstrates good knowledge of client business and their processes. Professional services industry experience a plus.
- Leverages knowledge to understand the current business state of client and recognize gaps caused by change initiatives
- Closely work with the Technical Team on High Priorty issues
“Support” key users (or administrators) are the go-to persons when help is needed, and they reach out directly to SAP Support. Key users manage support requests using a central application that provides them direct access to additional information resources (for example, the expert community) while processing a request.
