Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1.       Responsible for Quality checking of incoming Raw materials/In process Quality checking and finished goods.

2.       Quality Assurance at Production site for incoming Raw materials to Production Floor, Process Quality of Outgoing Finished Products

3.       Ensure Quality Standards and safety in production.

4.       Preparing daily reports (Quality Data) and circulating with team

5.       Handle any additional responsibilities as and when given

6.       Informs Manger of any significant problems, issues or concerns.

7.       Ensures that work area is clean, secure & well maintained.

8.       Ensures quality & safety standards are met.

9.       Ensures that established production procedures & instructions are strictly followed.

10.    Ensures that all the Quality checking equipment’s are operating properly & is properly maintained.

11.    Handling storage & disposal of hazardous wastes as per standard norms.

12.    Close monitoring of process parameters as per the SOP & timely controlling the process deviation.

13.   Maintaining and conducting Calibration for all the equipment’s which requires and documenting the same.

Skills Required

1. Should have a good Communication Skill.
2. Report writing skills is an added advantage.
3. Should be able to work with team and guide the team.

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required

1. Should have Knowledge of lab and production processes and techniques/methods applicable to quality control.

2.      Vendor Management

1. Experience in MS word is added advantage.

Educational Qualifications

B Sc/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Experience Level (If applicable)

1-2 year. experience from Ink industry- preferably from QC or R&D process.
