Your Role

Sr. Business Analyst gathers, understands, analyses client requirements, and creates a business solution basically Feature listing to list out all the modules and sub modules with description that can fit client requirements. Business Analyst plays varied kind of roles in teams like pre-sales, project discovery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Evaluating business processes through initial requirement gathering call with direct client, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement. Conducting meetings and creating effective presentations, feature list, proposal to share initial quote, ideas, and suggestions.

Preparing the proposal and will be able to provide the efforts in hours for each client requirement

Should be able to evaluate the requirement hours based on tech stack like, CMS, Open-source platforms, Node, React, Angular, Laravel, .Net, PHP. 

Lead solution discovery analysis and subsequent requirements gathering that support the tech stack discovery and objectives contained in the project brief.

Interacting with clients, managing their demands, expectations, and challenges appropriately to truly understand the business needs.

Working closely with project managers as well as different teams leads on complex digital transformation projects.

Balance out requirements prioritization alongside client stakeholders and the internal development team.

Adopt best practices for eCommerce solutions with the latest platforms/technology.

What We’d Love to See

MBA/ BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA in Computer Science or equivalent 

Minimum 3+ years of work experience; with at least 2+ years of experience in any E-Commerce Solutions open source/ CMS/ Custom, Multivendor platform evaluation capabilities, real-estate understanding capabilities, custom development like dashboard will be the perfect fit.

Client-facing exposure particularly in sales assistive and/or pre-sales functions.
