Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mid-Level Relationship Manager for our Indore location. This full-time position is pivotal in managing and enhancing customer relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in direct sales (Mandatory skill) and possess robust skills in Salesforce, coupled with exemplary customer service and public relations abilities.

  • Proven expertise in direct sales strategies and execution. (Mandatory skill)
  • Competent in using Salesforce for customer relationship management and data insights.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Effective in public relations, promoting company services to enhance brand presence and client engagement.
  • Strong cross-selling skills to maximize revenue opportunities with existing clients by introducing additional services.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Adept at convincing people to align client needs with company offerings, building trust and loyalty.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and provide solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain longstanding relationships with existing clients, addressing and anticipating their financial needs.
  • Identify and cross-sell additional services to enhance client portfolios and increase organizational revenue.
  • Leverage direct sales expertise to attract new clients and expand the company's client base.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align efforts in public relations and marketing to bolster company visibility.
  • Actively gather and report market insights and customer feedback to inform company strategies and offerings.
  • Manage and resolve client issues with tact and efficiency, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and provide guidance on new products.
