Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Mandot Securities Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications and Skills


  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Good understanding of financial products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable financial solutions
  • Achieve sales targets by presenting and promoting company products and services to potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Keep updated knowledge of the financial industry trends, products, and regulations
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand network and knowledge
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify further business opportunities
  • Submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis
