We are seeking a skilled Production Planning Control Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience for a full-time position at Manav Management Group in Faridabad. As a Production Planning Control Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the production schedule, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and coordinating with various departments to meet production targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in production planning and control.
• Strong knowledge of production planning concepts and techniques.
• Proficiency in using production planning software and tools.
• Hands-on experience with automatic production equipment, bundling machines, and recutting machines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the production schedule based on customer demand and available resources.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
• Implement and maintain production planning and control systems to track and report on key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing carrying costs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production operators and resolve any production-related issues.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance activities and minimize equipment breakdowns.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and cost-saving measures.
• Prepare production reports and present them to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
