Strong knowledge of legal compliance requirements
Expertise in managing PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations
Demonstrated skills in handling manpower and security operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

 Working in the Human Resource deptt as Assistant Manager HR.

 Preparation of Attendance, Salary Applying for Contract Labour Licenses & filling CLRA return.

 Applying for the Registration under Contract Labour Act 1970.

 Maintaining all Compliance Documents under Contract Labour Act1970.

 Liasoning with Government bodies related to Labour Laws.

 Taking PF & ESIC Sub Codes and Preparing ESIC & PF Challan.

 Preparing Salary, P.F. & ESIC challan.

 Submitting P.F., ESIC & LWF Returns in the applicable Months.

 Taking care of Universal account number and all required UAN formalities.

 Applying for fresh and renewal Labour License under CLRA Act1970
