Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer to join our team at Manav Management Group. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing products, machinery, and equipment. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in design engineering. The job location is Faridabad, Haryana, India. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in product design or machine design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2d & 3D) and SOLIDWORKS.
• Strong knowledge of product design principles and practices.
• Experience with SPM (Special Purpose Machine) design is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with design analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative products, machinery, and equipment, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, cost, safety, and reliability.
• Create detailed drawings, models, and prototypes using AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS.
• Analyze design specifications and technical drawings to determine the feasibility of the product and identify any potential issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure that design requirements are met.
• Perform tests and simulations to validate the performance and functionality of the designs.

Generate engineering drawings with GD& T and considering manufacturability of components

Handle large assembly of 1000 components ( gears , cams , CNC exclusive components , rollers with close tolerance) and BOM generation.
