Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Shop Manager to join our team at Manav Management Group. As a CNC Machine Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our machine shop, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. This is a full-time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in CNC machining, with a strong background in programming and operating CNC machines
Proficiency in using CNC machine tools and equipment
Sound knowledge of tooling requirements for different machining operations
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Experience in manpower management and team leadership
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and quality orientation

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the CNC machine shop operations, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the production processes
Ensure the timely completion of production orders while maintaining high-quality standards
Coordinate with the engineering team to review project specifications and develop efficient machining strategies
Optimize machine shop workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials and tooling to meet production requirements
Train, mentor, and develop machine shop staff to ensure a highly skilled and motivated workforce
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production issues
Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC machining technology and implement best practices in the machine shop
