Qualifications and Skills

1-3 years of experience in Tender Management or related field
Strong knowledge of tendering processes, quotations, and costing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Ability to prepare comprehensive tenders and cost estimates
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills for effective follow-up

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end process of tendering including tender preparation, submission, and follow-ups
Prepare and analyze quotations and cost estimates for tender submissions
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting related to tenders
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions
Engage in customer follow-up activities to ensure timely responses and feedback on submitted tenders
