Job Overview

We are seeking a Store Assistant to join our team at Manav Management Group. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to store operations and inventory management. This is a Full-Time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Store Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of store operations and inventory management
• Experience with ERP software (e.g., Tally ERP)
• Familiarity with MRN (Material Receipt Note), FIFO (First In, First Out), GRN (Goods Receipt Note), RGP (Return Goods Purchase), and NRGP (Non-Return Goods Purchase)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming goods
• Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain inventory accuracy
• Prepare and maintain records of stock levels and transactions
• Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching orders
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment
• Assist in conducting stock audits and cycle counts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries
• Operate computerized inventory management systems (e.g., Tally ERP)
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
