Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our team in Faridabad, Haryana, India. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. This is a full-time position with a salary range based on experience. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and possess the necessary skills in GST, TDS, TALLY, ESIC&PF, Bank Reconciliation, and Auditing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting
• Proficient in using accounting software, preferably TALLY
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ESIC&PF, and other relevant taxation regulations
• Experience in bank reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and auditing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Manage and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
• Handle tax preparation, including GST and TDS
• Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in financial forecasting and analysis
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and vendors
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting standards
