We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Manav Management Group. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. This includes coordinating with clients, managing sales data, and assisting with sales processes. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior level experience in a sales or administrative role (1 to 3 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Telecalling and sales management
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide necessary support
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales data
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Prepare sales reports and presentations
