Lead Generation: ● Identify and research potential clients and markets via online platforms and social media. ● Understand client needs and decision-making processes within target organizations. ● Initiate contact with potential clients through email and phone to establish rapport and arrange meetings. ● Drive new marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry events. Sales Strategy and Execution: ● Stay informed about current and upcoming product features to create compelling pitches and presentations. ● Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals. ● Negotiate terms and pricing with clients. ● Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring objectives are met. ● Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills. Client Relationship Management: ● Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. ● Collaborate with senior management to negotiate partnerships and influencer agreements. ● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs proactively. Networking and Market Research: ● Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to expand industry connections. ● Conduct regular research and compile reports on market trends and investment opportunities. Platform Collaboration: ● Explore and leverage partnerships across various digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter) to maximize business opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. ● Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the gaming or digital entertainment industry. ● Strong negotiation and communication abilities, both written and verbal. ● Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for presentations and reporting. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and willingness to travel as required.
