Skills
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
*Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
*Strong communication skills .
*Should be comfortable in Service sales.
*Should be confident and bold enough.
*Good in Convincing skills.
*Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
*Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
*Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
*Knowledge and background of B2B, B2C Sales, Field Sales, Executive Sales and Direct Sales is desirable.
*Proven track record of consistent sales lead generation, sales closures and management of customers
*Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
*Generate leads with in-depth market research & competitor analysis will be an addition
*Follow-ups with new clients to build lasting relations.
*Plan and implement the sales and marketing strategy
*Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter.
*Preferably male.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
