Job Overview

We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee and manage the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. This role requires a Senior professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in project management in the construction industry. The job location is Barnala, Punjab, India. This is a Full-Time position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Manage project resources effectively and ensure efficient utilization.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts.
• Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect the progress and quality of work.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Review and approve project expenses, invoices, and change orders.
