Senior MEP Project Engineer position with 5 to 10 years of experience. The role is based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. The employment type is Full-Time/Hybrid.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in MEP project management
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Proficiency in creating detailed drawings and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Ability to build accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise MEP projects from conception to completion
• Prepare and review detailed drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Estimate project costs and monitor budget throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for energy management and efficiency improvements
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management
