Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Makin Developers Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing electrical engineering projects. This is a full-time position located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India with a reputable civil construction company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design and electrical equipment maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in cost estimation and billing process for electrical engineering projects.
• Ability to perform hardware testing and diagnose electrical system failures.
• Knowledge of local and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of electrical systems for various construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop project plans and specifications.
• Perform electrical calculations, such as load analysis and voltage drop calculations.
• Conduct quality control inspections of electrical installations and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during construction or operation.
• Review and approve electrical design drawings and documentation.
• Manage project budgets and timelines for electrical engineering activities.
• Supervise and mentor junior electrical engineers and technicians.
