Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or tele sales, ideally in the Architecture and Civil engineering sector.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Location: Open to candidates from Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, Karnataka, with a preference for Indore-based candidates for on-site roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
