Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to increase the organization's revenue and profitability.
* Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
* Develop proposals and presentations to pitch the products and services to potential clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience of 1 year in business development or tele sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
