Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Make My House. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our house plans and elevations to potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for architecture and construction to contribute to the growth and success of our company. The role is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the architecture or construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of the architecture and construction industry
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Make My House house plans and elevations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues
- Present and demonstrate our house plans and elevations to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and expand the client base
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth
