Junior HR Recruiter

• Handle the day-to-day operations of the Office Administration.
• Administring the hiring processes of new employees
• Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones
• Organizing employee engagement activities
• Work on recruitment strategies
• Work on bulk-hiring
• Handle the documentation process
• Conduct initial screening of candidates
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Linkedin & Indeed etc.)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
• First level of screening of suitable candidates via phone Scheduling interviews of the selected Candidates. Regular follow up with the candidates
• Continuously build and expand talent network in assigned practice area using various recruitment techniques
• Maintaining daily tracker of the submission and Interviews schedules * Good Command in Database
• We are looking for candidates for the Indore location.

Job Types: Full-time, Mid Level role

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
