Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  3. Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  4. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and facilitate the sales process.
  7. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  8. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
  9. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to enhance marketing campaigns and sales processes.
  10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support during all interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service roles.
  2. Excellent communication skills in Hindi , Marathi with a clear and articulate phone manner.
  3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
  4. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building relationships.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment and meet sales quotas.
  6. Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM software, and other sales-related tools.
  7. High level of resilience, persistence, and adaptability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles.
  8. A proactive and self-motivated approach with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
  9. Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not required.
