Position Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in creating and implementing effective social media strategies that increase brand visibility, engage potential clients, and drive traffic to our platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in designing and creating engaging posts, graphics, videos, and other content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and integrate them into strategies.
• Social Media Ads: Assist in setting up and optimizing paid social media ad campaigns to enhance the company's online presence and reach target audiences.
• Analytics & Reporting: Help track social media metrics and performance using analytics tools, and assist in preparing reports that highlight successes, trends, and areas of improvement.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all content and campaigns are aligned with the brand's voice and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital trends.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
