Real Estate Telecaller ( Kothrud Depo , Pune )  

Work from office 

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of all Tele-outs and report the same to marketing manager/sales manager

· Tele-calling for inviting customers and / or prospects for customer engagement events

· Customer Data Verification calling (once every six months)At least 60-80 Tele-out/day to be done· Database > web enquiries, database collected from clubs, competition, events etc.

· Tele-in (In case of dedicated contact number provided for customers in all advertisements for enquiries)

· Attend to all tele-in enquiries and collect the enquiry details like prospect name, contact number, product interested in etc

· Provide basic information about projects offered by Majestic Realties .Share the enquiries to respective sales executives with the consent of sales manager to further follow-up with prospects

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly tele-in report and share the same with management.
