Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in the real estate industry, with a track record of successful transactions.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
