Responsibilities:

• Prospect potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) to generate leads.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable property options (plotting, farmhouse villa, bungalow, etc.) to meet their requirements.
• Conduct site visits and provide comprehensive property demonstrations to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors' activities to provide insights and competitive advantages.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of plotting, farmhouse villa, and bungalow sales processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
