Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kothrud, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving land sales, establishing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our land development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders to understand their land acquisition needs.
  • Showcase available land properties to prospective clients and provide in-depth information on features, zoning regulations, and investment potential.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate land purchase agreements, contracts, and terms of sale to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and transaction details using CRM software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, land development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of land acquisition processes, zoning regulations, and real estate market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and regulatory requirements preferred.
