Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Majestic Realties, Majestic Head Office, B G Lonkar Road, NIBM Undri Road, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra.

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Office Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Monday

Role Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in our HR department by assisting with various recruitment and onboarding processes. You will also help with employee engagement activities to create a positive work environment. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into HR practices and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Recruitment: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.

·        Manage follow-ups and end-to-end recruitment processes.

·        Onboarding: Prepare and complete onboarding documentation.

·        Facilitate new hire orientation and induction.

·        Employee Engagement: Organize and assist in employee engagement activities.

·        Support programs to enhance employee satisfaction.

·        Administrative Support: Maintain recruitment and onboarding records.

·        Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

·        Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
