Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing IT company. The BDE will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales to achieve targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:


Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.

Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.


Sales:


Build pipeline and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to articulate the value proposition to potential clients.


Client Management:


Ensure all client queries are handled professionally and promptly.

Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.


Market Research:


Conduct market research to identify trends, potential markets, and client needs.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Reporting:


Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Keep detailed records of sales activities, including meetings, calls, and follow-ups.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT industry.

Strong understanding of technology solutions and services.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as needed.
