Job Description:
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and sales functions of the Kothrud branch. Your role will involve managing and motivating the sales team, driving revenue growth, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the branch meets both sales targets and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for developing strategies, conducting market analysis, and managing branch staff to ensure exceptional customer service and overall business success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Branch Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kothrud branch, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Supervise and guide the Sales team, ensuring each team member is meeting performance targets and following company protocols.
- Manage branch budgets, sales forecasts, and set monthly and quarterly targets.
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Foster a competitive and high-performance sales culture within the branch.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and ensuring that clients’ needs are met efficiently.
- Lead by example in customer service excellence, ensuring every client interaction reflects the company’s values.
- Team Management and Development:
- Manage, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure they have the skills and tools needed to succeed.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans for individual team members.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among branch staff.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to develop strategies that keep the branch competitive and innovative in the marketplace.
- Stay informed about changes in the real estate industry and integrate new information into sales strategies.
- Financial and Operational Oversight:
- Monitor and report on branch performance against KPIs, sales targets, and budget goals.
- Ensure accurate financial records, including sales transactions, payments, and other financial dealings.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements in the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare regular performance and market trend reports for senior management.
- Ensure accurate sales tracking, reporting, and documentation of all client interactions.
- Maintain organized records for all branch activities, including sales progress, customer issues, and financial transactions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns, branding, and outreach activities for the branch.
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure that branch staffing is sufficient and that training requirements are met.
- Ensure seamless communication with other branches and head office to align strategies, share best practices, and resolve issues.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Uphold the company’s commitment to high standards of customer service at all times.
- Manage escalated client issues, ensuring quick resolution and continuous satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve client retention and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Management preferred.
- 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with a strong track record of sales growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and financial data.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and an established network within the industry is a plus.
