Job Description:
As a Branch Manager, you will:
* Drive Sales: Seek new opportunities through cold calling and networking; manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
* Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct site visits; build and maintain client relationships.
* Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and competitors; provide insights for strategy improvement.
* Customer Service: Coordinate pre- and post-sales follow-up; address client issues and ensure satisfaction.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
* Client Engagement and Management: Meet potential clients, provide details on LAND properties, and build strong, satisfying relationships to ensure repeat business.
* Oversee sales process: Handle everything from initial contact to closing, including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a seamless experience by coordinating pre- and post-sales activities and resolving client issues promptly.
* Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
* Record and report: Keep accurate sales records and client interactions; prepare regular performance and market trend reports for management.
* Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support staff to ensure alignment and contribute ideas and feedback in team meetings.
* Customer Service Excellence: Build trust, communicate effectively, solve problems, and maintain integrity to provide exceptional service and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Graduate or MBA in Sales and Marketing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about sales with a strong commitment to customer service.
* Proactive in generating leads and building relationships.
