·       Good technical knowledge on Identity and Access Management, Good Hands on experience OIM, OAM, OID.

·       Integration discussion with Application team for complex access management integration 

·       Perform integration as per SDLC Life cycle in lower environments 

·       Experience in OAM,OID,OAAM 12c

·       Experience in upgrade Oracle OIM & OAM from 11g to 12c

·       Experience in OHS, OUD, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Middleware patching

·       Monitoring tools

·       Should have good hands-on experience in OAM/OIM operation & Demand related activities.

·       Good Communications Skills and should be able to communicate with Client and On-site team. 

·       Strong understanding of Identity Management technologies, including access control and account provisioning methods. 

·       Strong experience in Oracle IAM tools like OIM, OAM, OAAM, OVD, OIF and CA Single-Sign-on tools. 

·       Experience in managing different Web Servers like Apache, Tomcat, and WebLogic. 

·       Expert in configuring Single sign-on services. 

·       Expertise in AD, LDAP and DB concepts. 

·       General understanding of application security requirements both from enterprise and cloud perspectives. 

·       Strong understanding of, SAML, PKI, Kerberos and other Identity concepts. 

·       Understanding of identity requirements for mobile applications. 

·       UNIX/LINUX scripting knowledge is required. 

·       Thorough knowledge of SQL including PL/SQL. 

·       Willing to learn and support other related applications to IAM.

·       Excellent aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment

·       For current assignment, expectation is to work on upgrading Oracle Identity management from 11gR2PS2 to 12C.

·       Should have experience in UI customization, plugin creation, scheduler creation, sandbox implementation.

·       Should have experience in integrating web applications through OAM and External applications through

·       SAML and Identity Federation.

·       Should have hands-on experience on Identity Management 11g and 12C architecture and Knowledge on upgrading Identity Management 11g to 12C.

·       Hands-on experience in integrating OAM, OIM, OID.

·       Integration discussion with Application team for complex access management integration 

·       Develop Integration design documents - Perform integration as per SDLC Life cycle in lower environments 

·       Performance Tuning of Access Management solution 

·       Setting up DR Environment and performing periodic Drills 

·       Essential Skills : - Good experience in developing REST and SOAP-based WebService 

·       Experience in Adapter Customer Scheduler development 

·       Experience in Node JS development Hands-on in the scheduler, event handler, process task development 

·       Good debugging and issue tracking skill 

·       Good Knowledge and experience about OIM / OAM APIs - Experience in SOA composite and Workflow

·       Knowledge about role life cycle management and certification 

·       Good experience in OAM, SOA, Weblogic Patching - Experience in Opensource Identity Management tools like Remedy, EAI , OpenIDM etc

·       Experience in COTS-based Identity Management solutions like OIM IDAMIdentity Manager - OIM Performance Tuning - Experience in Source code management tools like SVN, RTC

·       Automation-Ansible script
