Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Datadog Admin or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Datadog monitoring system and its various modules
• Experience in configuring and managing monitoring tools and systems
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and system performance monitoring
• Hands-on experience in creating custom dashboards, alerts, and reports in Datadog
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Certification in Datadog administration is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and configure the Datadog monitoring system to effectively monitor and analyze the performance of our IT infrastructure
• Create and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, and reports to track key metrics and ensure system reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues and enhance system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Datadog monitoring system
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in system monitoring and management
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on the effective use of the Datadog monitoring system
