We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience of our next-generation Design Automation platform. This role involves designing intuitive workflows, optimizing user interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for engineers working on complex CAD tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical and engineering software UX design, with a strong understanding of data visualization, real-time collaboration, and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ User Research & Workflow Analysis – Understand user needs by conducting interviews, usability testing, and analyzing engineering workflows

✅ Information Architecture & Wireframing – Design clear, intuitive layouts that improve user efficiency

✅ Prototyping & UI Interaction Design – Develop interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools

✅ Data Visualization UX – Design UX for interactive plots, tables, and designs

✅ Multi-User Collaboration UX – Ensure seamless UX for real-time, multi-user editing, and annotations

✅ Accessibility & Usability – Design inclusive and intuitive interfaces that align with accessibility standards

✅ Collaboration with Developers & Stakeholders – Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and engineers to refine UI/UX

Required Skills & Experience:

🔹 2+ years of UX design experience, preferably in technical or engineering applications

🔹 Expertise in UX design tools – Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

🔹 Experience in designing UX for data-heavy applications, dashboards, or simulation tools

🔹 Understanding of data visualization principles – Graphs, plots, and real-time analytics

🔹 Strong portfolio showcasing UX work for complex software applications

🔹 Familiarity with UX for multi-user collaboration and cloud-based applications

🔹 Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective developer collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience with CAD, or engineering simulation software UX design

✔ Familiarity with interactive design or schematics UX

✔ Understanding of usability testing methodologies

✔ Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions to enhance UX
