Main Accountabilities
Coordination with business for their overseas guests arrival and arrange hotels and flight tickets
Handling of forex
Cab booking
Coordination with hotels for the HRS program
Support employees in booking the air ticket/hotel through Concur/HRS
Coordinate with Airlines and ensure all the agreements are in place.
Liaison with Global travel team in case of concur support requirement
Filling of Visa form and assisting the employees for appointment
Handling/adding all the agreement with hotels/travel partners

Qualifications
Graduate
Excellent communication skills, understanding of International VISA , forex handling is must.
Experience in Apps like Concur is must/HR
