1. Concept pitch to customers on Partnership programme


• To explain the program details to customers so that footprints can be increased

• To ensure that the program details are well explained to the customer with live examples and success stories

• To come up with innovative ideas on what additional component can be introduced in Business Partnership program which can add value

• To ensure strong presence


2. Retail updates on business partners

• Should have knowledge and understanding of new updates in Retail Business

• To ensure that Vision Analysis is performed


3. Design thinking on retail network on how to increase their revenue & differentiate from other stores

• To come up with innovative marketing ideas to increase the retail sales of customers under the program

• To be in constant touch with marketing team and implement new ideas

• To ensure essence of the program and can see value addition to their practice.


4. Coordination with sales & marketing team on lead generation to onboard new business partners

• To follow up with sales team on leads generation

• To give quarterly targets to regions and ensure proper follow up with prospects

• To define the marketing campaign which can boost the leads generation


5. Create consumer connect with partners by effective utilization of marketing and consumer offers

• To roll out exclusive consumer offers

• To ensure effective implementation of any marketing initiatives

• Should be updated about the changed consumer behavior and ensure properly updated and ready with these changes.
