[Job Responsibilities]

1. Assist the financial supervisor in organizing the daily accounting and monthly closing work of the branch; organize the preparation and timely submission of various financial reports required by the headquarters or the group; coordinate and complete the internal and external audit work of the company;

2. Assist the financial supervisor in organizing financial analysis, outputting analysis reports and reports for management decision-making reference

3. Assist the financial director in managing various expenses of the company, including budget control, expense review, expense analysis, optimization and improvement of expense management processes, etc

4. Assist the financial person in charge of the company's foreign exchange risk management, participate in the formulation of the company's foreign exchange management plan, and reduce the impact of foreign exchange risk on the company's operation;

5. Assist the financial director in the digital construction of Company Finance, including the docking of financial digital projects, research, and follow-up on the local implementation of the system

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the financial supervisor

[Job Requirements]

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management, accounting, international finance, international trade, etc.

More than 2.3 years of financial work experience or more than 5 years of overseas financial related work experience; those with overall management experience in overseas branch Company Finance are preferred.

3. Proficient in using Office work software, familiar with SAP is preferred;

4. Reliable, responsible, with strong communication skills and XFN coordination ability; with strong pressure resistance;

5. English can be used as a working language and international relocation is acceptable.
