The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and recruitment(HR goes first), Can work together with Finance team on payroll and other C&B related thing. Have a understanding of HR policy and procedures, especially for Indian statutory compliance policy. Can deal with special conditions such as Meeting with Government bodies of statutory compliance if any notice or query received.
This will be an individual contributor role, with a span of approx. 10 employees, and more remote work freelancers. handle employee relationship, C&B, hiring and some admin.
HR Generalist/specialist/officer
Recruitment
1. Timely with high quality recruitment of full time as well freelancers.
2. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and meeting with Government bodies of statutory compliance if any notice or query received.
3. Prepare Time attendance report monthly payroll for employee as well freelancer.
4. Updating statutory registers like Salary advance register,maternity benefit register, accident register etc.
5. Advising on and coordinating welfare and benefits , acting as their first point of contact for queries.
6. Other HR&admin tasks
Requirements
• Experience in HR/recruitment : Min 2+ years
• Good knowledge of labor legislation\ compensation&benefit\recruitment.
• Interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree; Masters is a plus (MBA HR)
