The Person will be responsible for overseeing the packing of finished products to ensure they are packed in an appropriate and secure manner for transport. He will also be responsible for managing a team of packers, documentation, record keeping, export order planning and verifying that customer orders are complete before shipping.

• Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and minimize defects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production, packing and shop floor activities.
• Ensuring data is being recorded in logbooks by line & packing operators.

KPIs & Reports:

▪ Daily production/packing report (Includes material usage, dispatch)

▪ Product leakage, wastage, rejection report

▪ Packing material usage report

▪ product stock report etc.

Skill sets /Educational Qualification: B. Tech (Engineering background) or Graduate Min 4 years of experience in Packing department/packing production line, preferred in Pharma, FMCG industry.
