Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Personal Assistant to the Director at MMCL in Mumbai, Prabhadevi. This full-time senior position demands a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level support to the Director, performing various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient management of day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role, with a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly and efficient processes.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to handle challenges promptly and effectively.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Efficient calendar management skills to schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Adaptability to manage sudden changes and various tasks with ease.
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and employees, vendors & internal/external clients.
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Director.
- Take dictation and minutes of the meeting
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
- Maintain and manage records, files, and databases efficiently.
- Coordinate and follow up on urgent tasks and pending matters with various departments.
- Ensure smooth communication within the company and with external parties as required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Qualification: Graduate with Short Hand Experience
Experience: 7 to 10 years of PA or relevant experience
CTC: As per Industry norms.
Location: HO, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra
