Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Production Supervisor to join our team at Mahabell Industries. As a Senior Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Tool and Die making / BE ( Mechanical)with Tool room, Fabrication and Machine shop process background / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of sheet metal fabrication process
• Proficiency in machine shop process (metal working)
• Understanding of product and drawing specifications
• Familiarity with ISO and in-process quality activities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience in machine scheduling and production planning
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the production process, ensuring that targets are met and deadlines are adhered to
• Monitor and evaluate production output, quality, and efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any issues that may arise
• Train and mentor production staff, ensuring their skills and knowledge are up to date
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure adequate availability of materials and resources
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in production processes.
