We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator to join our team at Mahabell Industries. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Tumakuru. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of work experience in CNC lathe programming and operation. The role requires an individual who is proficient in G-code programming and has a deep understanding of machining processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings to produce precise components
- Write and optimize G-code programs for CNC machining
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines
- Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet specified tolerances and standards
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to machining processes and equipment
- Collaborate with the design and engineering team to improve manufacturing processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines
