Qualifications and Skills

• ITI / Diploma
• Knowledge of safety procedures (Mandatory skill)
• Basic maintenance skills (Mandatory skill)
• Machine programming (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in machine operation with a focus on bending machines
• Proficiency in material handling and the ability to manage raw materials efficiently
• Mechanical aptitude to understand and solve mechanical issues quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively
• Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality output and adherence to specifications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate bending machines to bend, form, punch, and straighten metal or other materials
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Set up and program machines based on detailed technical specifications and drawings
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Handle and transport materials to and from the machine safely
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or operational issues
• Maintain documentation of machine operations, quality checks, and maintenance activities
