As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including chat, email, and phone. Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through chat, email, and phone interactions
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and general company information
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Escalate customer concerns to appropriate departments as needed
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators and targets
