Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at MagniGeeks Technologies Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in software sales or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of software sales, SaaS, app development sales, and website design sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Experience in international sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable deals and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies to support sales efforts
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
