Job Overview


We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team at MagniGeeks Technologies Private Limited. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia
  • Patience and the ability to handle difficult customers
  • Experience in cold calling and persuasive communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data sourcing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction
