Job Summary:

The Electronics Manager is expected to assist Production ,Quality departments of the organization and assist to management in Machine Designing, Procurement of Electronics materials, train the electronics assembly engineers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Electronics Design Management

· Conversant with Altium PCB designing software and guide the PCB designers to ensure routings are done as per the Standards.

· Excellent knowledge in understanding electronic circuits especially in microcontroller and microprocessors based embedded boards.

· Outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues in the Electronics circuits

· Follow the ISO based Design Management procedure and maintain the designs with proper documentation for all the team to easily collaborate.

· Provide constant trainings to the juniors in the team to nurture and motivate them to perform good designs.

PCB Manufacturing Management

· Create Production Plan for Electronics Sub Assembly items in SAP based on Company's Production Plan and Source the material as per MRP.

· Maintain the Standard Assembly Procedures of the R&D Department and Organize proper training to all the Engineers in the respective product assembly.

· Train & Guide the Production In charge to Create and Manage the Work orders as per the company's manufacturing targets.

· Train & Guide the Production in Charge to Assign Weekly Job Cards in Clickup to Every Assembly Engineers.

· Conduct the Daily Review Meeting in the Shop Floor with the help of Click up Job Cards and coordinate with production In-charge based on targets.

· Maintain efficient cost Control mechanism to reduce the production cost.

Quality Control & Assurance

· Guide the Quality In charge for Quality Control / Quality Assurance Documentation based on inputs from R&D Department.

· Ensuring adherence of Quality standards.

· Monitor Calibration of Testing Equipment's and follow the testing procedures as per standards.

· Attending the customer complaints / non conformities and initiating necessary corrective & preventive actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

· B.E/M.E - Electronics / Electrical with 7+ Yrs of Experience or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical with 10+ Yrs Experience .

· Confident and Optimistic person to achieve the production targets

· Basic Technical Understanding about Mechanical and Electrical Components.

· Excellent managerial skill and team handling.

· Good in sourcing, Supplier Selection and Negotiation to source quality raw materials at right price and on time delivery.

· Good communication skills in Tamil, English and capable of Interacting with Indian and Aboard suppliers effectively.

· Practical knowledge in implementing ISO, 5S, Kaizen, 6 Sigma, and Maintaining the standards to achieve zero rejections.
