Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Placement Partnership Officer to join our team at the Magic Bus India Foundation. The role is based in Hyderabad and is a full-time position. The Placement Partnership Officer will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate job placements for our program participants. The ideal candidate will have a background in relationship management and be skilled in networking and communication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in relationship management, particularly in the non-profit sector or educational institutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
• Strong networking abilities to develop and maintain professional relationships with employers and community partners.
• Project management skills to plan, execute, and complete projects within set deadlines and objectives.
• Capability to collaborate with different teams and adapt to various working styles and environments.
• Effective negotiation skills to secure job placements and partnerships beneficial to the program participants.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using various communication tools and techniques to manage partnerships and project-related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners to facilitate job placements for program participants.
• Conduct outreach activities to identify potential partners and stakeholders interested in supporting the foundation’s mission.
• Coordinate and manage placement-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between program goals and partnership activities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships to maximize benefits for both the foundation and its participants.
• Track and report on the progress and outcomes of partnership activities and job placements.
• Provide post-placement support to program participants to ensure their successful integration into their new roles.
• Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities to continuously improve the placement process and outcomes.
